It never rains in California... except when it does... a season in itself?

Fire, earthquake rain and mudslides are the four seasons in California. It's supposed to rain anywhere from 2-4" starting today ... the Pineapple express they're calling it ... I suspect that within the week those who have received loads of snow across the country east... will be dealing with warm rain and flooding... oh dear!
